In your 'lost in the sauce' era

This roasted chicken is perfectly seasoned and just like the way my grandmother used to make it. We loved to nibble on the celery after it was cooked.
Ingredients

1 cup Chilli Peppers

2 tbs Rapeseed Oil

120 ml White Wine Vinegar

1 g Tapioca Starch

2 Speciality Coffee

1/2 lb Sugar, Sea Salt

Step 1

Thaw  your prawns in the fridge overnight (approx. 8 hours).

Fill a medium-sized pot with water and boil the thawed  prawns Bites for 3-4 minutes. Drain & set aside.

‍

Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).

Step 2

Whisk your eggs in a large bowl

‍

In a separate bowl, mix the Panko crumbs, nori, sesame seeds, and dried parsley together.

‍

Roll the prawns into the JUST Egg, letting any excess drip off, then roll them in the Panko mixture until fully coated.

‍

👩🏽🍳 Tip Keep the skillet in a low simmerto avoid  over burning the oil
