THESE BEANS WENT A DIFFERENT WAY

For those who desire a little heat and a lot of flavour, Koffiracha Chilli Flame is the blueprint. Inspired by our ravenous love for sriracha and our cultish stanning of all things speciality coffee, we've created a hot sauce to end all hot sauces.

You'll first notice Koffiracha's creamy texture, which coats your tongue and delivers a burst of mild heat. As the heat subsides, you'll taste the tangy acidity from the white wine vinegar and a sweetness that's more like coffee's fruitiness than sugar's sweetness.

Speaking of coffee, you may be surprised that coffee is a fruiting plant, and the little beans we love so much are actually seeds from coffee cherries. So coffee brings a natural fruity, acidic sweetness to our hot sauce. Like any other seasonal ingredient, coffee creates a harmonious balance of flavour and heat.

What makes Koffiracha one of a kind, however, is that every batch is unique. Some batches may be fruitier, while others may be nuttier or savoury. This happens because our single-origin coffee beans come from various provenances, elevations, processes, and varieties to produce complex flavour profiles that, when roasted, contribute to the surprising infusion. So shake up the bottle, smell the coffee, and enjoy the flame.

With love,

Alex and Theo
